Over 1 billion people live with disabilities, many of them invisible. At Apple, Accessibility is a core value built into every product. When the website failed to connect with this community, my team reimagined it—the Apple way—simplifying 26 pages into 5 and earning Apple’s first AA+ accessibility rating. We shifted the tone from “we” to “you” and broadened representation with inclusive illustrations. The Make Yours campaign brought these innovations to life, showing how technology empowers everyone to create something wonderful.
